You represent and warrant:
- You own or have all necessary rights to Your Content.

- We may refuse any Content we deem inappropriate, illegal, or harmful.

- Disputes over charges must be notified within 60 days of the invoice date.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Full refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products 
  • Refunds are limited to the amount you paid, excluding promotional discounts.
  • Bulk/wholesale orders are final except for material damage or defects.
  • All customized, personalized and made-to-order jewelry items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

11. Disclaimers

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality craftsmanship. Except as expressly stated in our Returns & Refunds policy, we provide no other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, as we continuously work to improve our website and operations.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption). Our total liability is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 1 months prior to the dispute.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration (not class actions or jury trials) in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM).

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
